Employer Nomination Scheme - English Exceptional Argument - Visa granted

The applicant was a citizen of India who was in Australia on a subclass 457 visa. The sponsor was a bus hire/charter business and the nominated position was project administrator. The applicant had already been working for this company for more than 2 years in the appointed occupation. He now wished to apply for an 856 visa, however he did not meet the minimum English requirement levels.

We assisted the applicant in preparing an English Exceptional Argument application. We argued that the applicant had so far been complying with all OH & S requirements without any language difficulties.

We assisted the applicant and the sponsor in preparing the ENS and visa applications.

The application was successful and the applicant was granted a visa.
