The Sponsor came to Immigration Solutions Lawyers (ISL) seeking help with a Subclass 309 Offshore Partner visa.

The Sponsor had travelled overseas from Australia and met the Applicant while abroad. They soon entered into a genuine and committed relationship while living overseas. The Applicant applied for and was granted a Subclass 651 Tourist visa which allowed the Applicant to travel Australia with the Sponsor. Whilst traveling Australia the Applicant was forced to return to her home country for family reasons and was forced to leave the Sponsor in Australia. Although the couple needed to live separately they are still committed to their relationship with one another.
