The Applicant was charged with the offence of Domestic Violence. The Applicant was an employee at a nursing home and previously had no history of a civil or criminal offence. The Applicant was required to show that he is of good character and a fit and proper person and a desirable person to have the privilege of becoming an Australian Citizen.

CASE STRATEGY

We advised the client to obtain a plethora of references displaying his good character from close  friends and family and were aware of the criminal offence they was charged with. We submitted the application with all required supporting evidence in support of the legal submission.
