Michael has extensive experience with customer service marketing.  In his present role he organises and provides client and social media support. Michael has worked in the capacity of an Administrator/Marketing Representative at Immigration Solutions lawyers (ISL) since July 2010 and December 2011 in a part-time position and then full time from March 2013.

Michael has also represented ISL in a marketing capacity when Anne O’Donoghue attended the IBA Conference in Dublin in 2012 and  Michael conducted interviews of immigration experts through the law society of Ireland for ISL’s media’s coverage of this event.

Michael also represented ISL at the following Conferences:

• • Australia China Trade & Investment Seminar at the Sofitel Hotel Beijing in 2014.
  • Law Council of Australia
  • Immigration Law Conference Sydney in 2014
  • IBA Annual Conference in Sydney in 2017.

At the IBA Conference in Sydney 2017, Michael was one of the hosts of the Cocktail event held by ISL and was highly involved in greeting international guests and supporting ISL during the conference.

Michael attends to clients’ needs and enjoys reading client comments and answering their questions on social media in person and over the phone. Michael has a great interest in international travel and diversity of cultures.
